Hi all,
I have just added a second account to my Quest 3, and unlike other topics I was able to find on this subject, the actual pairing went well and the account is added.
The trouble, though, is this: it doesn't get past calibration. After setting the boundary, it iterally says "now explore on your own, press the Meta button and enjoy" or something along these lines. However, long-pressing Meta button does nothing - it fills the circle as it should, but the headset is stuck in the same screen, The only way to exit is to reboot.
The primary account is working fine. Tried to re-create secondary account twice as well. Help 🙂

Yeah, turns out I had to PRESS, not long press the meta button, lol.
All is good now

Hi there,
To answer your questions - no other troubleshooting was performed. No third-party accesories either. Headset tracking is on.
Pressing meta button doesn't do anything in the secondary account as I have mentioned in my original post - it is stuck on now explore on your own, press the Meta button and enjoy"

Hey there, @zatrix! We can understand that this can be a bit of a headscratcher as to why this is only affecting this secondary account and not your main account. So we do want to confirm if you have completed the previous troubleshooting provided to make sure we are able narrow this down. Beyond this troubleshooting previously provided, we have seen some cases where a controller setting to swap the Meta/Oculus button functionality on the right controller and the Menu button on the left controller, so you may try using the other button to see if that helps. Also we recommend trying short presses instead of holding down the buttons as well. If you need to enable or disable this feature, you can do so through the settings from the devices, then controller menu. We hope this helps, but if you still run into issues with this, please reach back out and we will continue working with you to make sure everyone can use the headset as desired!
