Hey, I have to create another Meta account to be able to write here. I've been trying to recover my old Meta account associated with my email, but I've been stuck in a loop with my two-step verification for three hours. The phone number associated is not mine, and I don't have the option to change it. I also don't have access to my codes since I'm logged out of my app on my phone. Please, I need to recover this account, and I'm starting to feel a bit desperate.

Hi, I have almost the same problem, I can't open and use a 2-step verification app. I've received an e-mail that somebody has added a new e-mail to my Meta account (here it is the scam e-mail: ***@finestudio.org - I don't know this person) When I clicked on "This wasn't me" I needed to log-in but, but the system wants a 2-step verification I don't have any. Maybe this person that have added his e-mail, he has asked for this authenticator on his phone. In this way I don't have any access to my account that manages my Facebook business accounts and I advertise on Facebook. Can you help? I see that you ask other members to send you a PM, but I can't find out how to send it to you. Thanks for your support!
I need Help with my account, I can get into it cause of the 2FA. I had it on my old phone and now that I got a new phone it wont let me access my account and I dont have any option for help I need some help
I have similar issue, my account was hacked and the hacker had implemented a 2fa on my account, due to which am unable to verify my identity. i have my picture in my DP and have uploaded a video selfie multiple times with no response. Could you please help me retrieve my hacked account with username zor_if.
