Trouble with the two steps authentication

Hey, I have to create another Meta account to be able to write here. I've been trying to recover my old Meta account associated with my email, but I've been stuck in a loop with my two-step verification for three hours. The phone number associated is not mine, and I don't have the option to change it. I also don't have access to my codes since I'm logged out of my app on my phone. Please, I need to recover this account, and I'm starting to feel a bit desperate.

Hi I need help too I’ve been trying to get my account back for so much months that I lost hope but when I checked the community forum about this problem I saw this forum and I figured I should get some help too so pretty much my authentication app is lost and I lost my account the user is Sethan and the @ is ch.nchisfam223

i need help with the same issue as well, I spent a lot of money on games and cant sign into the account so it would be great if you could help me.

Hello, I have this exact issue where the associated authenticator app is not mine and there are no other option to request the code any other ways. I have been trying to login into my account (the original one) since this morning. And I had to create this new one just to reply on this thread. 

Need help on this please!
