Hi - I'm new to this. I have brand new vr laptop - oculus rift / touch - trying to download from the store for the first time - everything I try to download is giving me this:
"Error Occurred - sorry something went wrong . Please try again later (OVR80181640) Package xxxxgamexxx Could not validate download directories (1971040)"
Cc info is there - all the pieces are in place - good internet connection - tons of hd space....help 😃
Most likely that is a security or permissions conflict on your computer. I'd recommend submitting a support ticket so we can assist. However a quick thing to try out be to temporarily disable security / anti-virus on your computer. Thanks. https://support.oculus.com
