I have come onto my Quest 2 and I now need to sign up to the Meta via my facebook which is fine, I have done all of that and I have also done all of the software updates that I need to do. I come to enter my facebook login and password to use my Quest as I have signed up and everything but my password and email is correct, However it is telling me I need to do a system update "the software on your headset needs to be updated. go to settings, select system update, then select download to update your headset" I have been to the updates section but there is nothing there. I have looked this up on the internet but there is nothing anywhere. Im at a loss, Anyone got any suggestions?
This is fixed and I would like to share how to fix this if anyone comes across this issue.
Please restart your quest and this should fix the issue. This fixed mine. If this does not work for you try doing a factory reset which should work for you (you will have to download all your apps and games again and all your software updates but this is a last resort fix)
