After sending a DM to the support team I have gotten these responses:
"You certainly did send us a lot of other ways to ID the account. Please be patient while we look into this" - ok fine I'll wait
Then a day or two later "Hi, do you still need help with this ticket?" - To which I replied "Yes"
Then I get the response, "Hi we can't do anything with out your original e-mail, try searching your e-mails for 'Meta'" - Oh my that's a brilliant idea why didn't I think of logging into an e-mail account I don't remember and look for the word Meta.. Amazing!
Then within 16 hours of the last response I get "Hi do you still need help with this?"
Just amazing.

And now I'm being told they can't find the account without an e-mail.. even though I was previously told they found one with the Quest headset SN.
