Two image superposition when moving left-right ?

Hello,

I'm having some trouble with quest3.

In some games (no link to PC), my vision is blurry/dizzy when moving the heand from right to left. Like I lost focus and then focus come back.

It never happen inside menu, only in games.

It is mostly visible when the focus point is near me, nearly invisible when far away.

I was not like this 2 months ago (I took a break due to work)

Do you have any ideas ? All threads I read about this was talking about PC/VR lag but I do not use my computer with is ! Only built-in games...

Feeling dumb...

Hardreset was the answer, just if anyone come here with the same problem :

vol down + power 30s (until you get to a dos-like menu)
select reboot now
wait
enjoy !
