How in the world can I find someone to talk to about my META 3S?
I cannot get to the main screen. Initially I had the TUTORIAl and I could not get pointer to hit SKIP. It finally worked.
Now the unit says that there is motion and I need to use TRAVL MODE??? I am standing still in my workout room.
I need someone to walk me through the steps to get set up and ready to use.
I currently have a META 2 but it also stopped working after less than 2 years. It syas that the batter has to be completely charged in order to use. We changed the batterie on the controllers but that did not fix the problem.
