The UPS tracking page indicated that my Quest was supposed to arrive on the 20th, it was in Portland but now it's in Minneapolis - the other side of the country! and now it won't arrive for another week! I fear it might never arrive esp after reading some other experiences. Should have bought it from Amazon. Can I get a refund if it doesn't come?

Also, with your proof of purchase and screenshots of your item not being delivered you should be eligible for a refund. We hope this helps.
