URGENT APPEAL: To Hearing a Response After Account Appeal Submission

Good day, Meta,


On March 1, 2025, at 3:30PM, both of my accounts were suspended with different reasons, such as fraud, spam, IP, and child endangerment. And I was really surprised, because I cannot remember anything on my posts and comments relating to these.

Every day, I grew anxious and a little bit frustrated sadly in response to the delay. As social media nowadays is associated to job impacts, I can clearly say, that it has impacted my work and livelihood, and connection to my colleagues.

I believe I was wrongfully reported by a group of people for personal reasons unknown to me or was flagged by AI. I'd humbly like to ask for your appeal. I received information that the appeal process usually lasts over a day, but it's been almost three (3) days since the submission, and my emails to appeals and support. I have not received any updates or communications from Meta.

I am a consultant, NGO worker, working for the children, and create books for children in communities. Other than that, I help businesses with their social media pages. I do-did not experience any attack offline or online, and suspension came to me by surprise.

I work tirelessly to serve my community, and I have IDs and certifications that support my claim.

Meanwhile, I am working with the police to investigate this matter. When I visited the police station and our NBI, there are no open cases against me, none that we could even think of in the system.

Now, I'm planning to have my account META VERIFIED for purposes of extra protection. This I can do, immediately, after the lifting of the ban/suspension for extra protection, which I can submit my certifications and IDs.

I'd like to speak with a Meta agent or FB agent if possible, on how I can best represent myself and submit other documents to showcase my identity for further proofing.

Sadly, there's no definite way for me to contact or speak with an agent provided with for further inquiries, which adds to my anxiety and concern.

I hope I could talk to one of your agents, and hope Meta could provide me an update on the status of my appeal, or discuss what issues, and the next steps to solve this issue as soon as we can.
