Dear Meta Security Team,

I am writing to urgently report that my business Instagram account, was hacked on March 13, 2025. Since then, I have lost all access, and unauthorized activity may be taking place under my business name. Despite multiple attempts through the recovery tools, I have not been able to regain control.

This is an extremely critical situation for my business which serves numerous patients in Gurugram, India. Our account is the primary channel through which we communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and share verified dermatological information. The breach is severely damaging our credibility and putting our clients’ trust at risk.

We’re sorry to hear that your Instagram account was hacked, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly.
