We are facing two major issues with our Meta Business account, and our entire development has stopped because of this. This is very, very critical for us. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Issue 1: Meta Business Suite Not Recognizing 2FA
We have already completed Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on our accounts, and we can log in successfully.
However, Meta Business Suite does not recognize that 2FA is enabled and keeps blocking us from making changes.
This is preventing us from updating important business details, including verifying our business.
This issue affects all team members, meaning no one in Business Manager can proceed.
We have tried multiple fixes:
Disabling and re-enabling 2FA.
Logging out and back in.
Using different devices, browsers, and networks.
Clearing cache and cookies.
Resetting authentication methods.
None of these solutions have worked, and we are completely stuck.
Issue 2: Meta Not Validating Policy Page for Business Verification
For business verification, we provided our valid domain (e.g., studentmitra.fun).
Our policy page (studentmitra.fun/policies) is clearly linked in the footer, following compliance guidelines.
However, Meta does not seem to visit the page or click the required button for verification.
The website has relevant content and is not an empty site, but the verification is still not proceeding.
This is extremely urgent!
We have already tried all possible ways to reach Meta Support but have not received a helpful response. Our entire business operations are stuck because of this.
