Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out in desperation after exhausting every official channel with no success.
My verified Instagram business account, which has over 1.2 million followers, was recently hacked and taken over. I’ve followed all the recommended steps from Meta’s Help Center, including reporting the hack, filling out the appropriate forms, and verifying my identity. However, I haven’t received any meaningful assistance or updates—and I’m at a loss.
This account is critical to my business and brand, and the lack of support from customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried all the recovery links reported via the Help Center and even attempted to escalate through support chats—but nothing is working.
If anyone from Meta can help, or if someone here has successfully recovered a hacked account and can point me in the right direction, I would deeply appreciate it.
Please help me recover my account before more damage is done.

We can help with Meta Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
