Unfortunately I have resorted to needing to make a post on here for help as there is no way to contact support for general Facebook.
3 years ago, Facebook banned my website URL for an unknown reason. I have since been unable to ever use Facebook with this URL (cybrancee.com) - this URL has never been involved in activities that are against Facebook's ToS...so really unsure why this happened in the first place.
We were hoping, as a company, to invest our marketing budget into Facebook Ads, but have been entirely unable to do so because of this rogue ban.
Please could a member of Meta support help me resolve this issue so that we can use meta for our company ads.
Sorry to need to raise this on this forum, if there was an official way of contacting Facebook, I would have used it.
