USB 3.2 never over 2.5 gbps and LOW power

Hello,
I'm using an "official" meta cable connected to a usb 3.2 hub. I keep getting the slow charging warning.. so that means I really can't play for as long as I'd like if I',m lugged into and using my RTX 4070 Ti...
I can never get it to go over 2.5gbps.... What's going on? Anyone have any ideas?
