When we bought our rift s and set it up, it worked fine. But when we next tried to open it, it said “usb 3.0 connection required.” I bought the recommended usb card by oculus, and it still didn’t work. When I put the headset on, I see a black screen with three loading dots and my controllers on the ground. Does anyone know how to fix?
Hello Benjabix12, try another USB port or USB controller as well as remove the facial interface and reseat the cable. Sometimes re-running the setup and repairing the software assists the issue as well. If it persists, create a ticket.
