If you scroll down on that product page there are some troubleshooting tips. It says that this warning message is often caused by using a too high rated charger. Just use the Q3s charger that was supplied, and or try a different one. This is a pretty cheap powered link cable (~$20) so maybe don't expect miracles, lol! You may want to try contacting the supplier as well.

@unknown.206209 Probably depends on your pc motherboard. I currently use the official meta link cable connected to my z790mb usb3.2 gen2 type C port and this maintains my headset battery above 80% for a very long time (+6hrs). I’ve used the Kuject powered link cable in the past and it worked well. Bought it from Amazon.
I think your cable should work ok as long as you are using the stock Q3s charger/cable. Just try to avoid using any usb type c to a, or a to c adapters. Your cable looks like it has a type A pc connector so just plug it into one of your usb3.1 type A ports.
Also make sure to secure the cable to your headset strap so it doesn’t get pulled around while playing games.
Sorry, all I can think of right now. Good luck mate and cheers.
