Unable To Travel / VR Social Apps Not Loading - Verizon Users - Troubleshooting

I was unable to travel or launch off of the load screen in Horizon Worlds, VRChat and Rec Room. After two factory resets and a two hour call with Verizon techs, I was thisclose to returning my brand-new Meta Quest 2. VZ said I needed more mbps than I was currently getting from my 5G VZ router. I went back into my router admin settings and verified my speeds myself and they were within spec (over 70 and under 300 mpbs) and I had already turned off IPV6 in an earlier troubleshooting session. I couldn't access my port through the current interface but my firewall settings, which for my VZ router, had two choices: Maximum and Medium. It was set to Maximum. I flipped it to Minimum and went back to my Quest 2. Horizon Worlds loaded and I was finally able to travel. I spent an hour traveling with no issues. VRChat and Rec Room still won't travel but per the above forum link, I have to reach back out to VZ tech support to verify those ports are open and those domains are accessible (post info referenced below). I'll keep this post updated as I hopefully get VRChat and Rec Room launching.
