Recently got a quest 3 headset and can play games fine. When I tried to join/chat with friends, I can't do it. The people app on the quest keeps crashing, I can't open text chats and I can't join games. I am following these friends.
I reached out to Meta support and they escalated my issue but I can't figure out what is happening. I'm having this issue in both the Meta Quest app and on the headset itself and I've tried logging out and back into the app, factory resetting the headset, tweaking a bunch of my settings, even linking and unlinking a facebook account.
Additionally, I am a full grown adult and previously owned a CV1 so I had an oculus account that's presumably been migrated a couple of times.
If anyone has seen this before, I would love some advice!
