I was using the Meta Quest 3, but I had to exchange it due to a defect. Only the headset was replaced; the controllers were not. I received the replacement headset, but I'm unable to complete the initial setup because the controller update keeps failing. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?

Is there an LED light on your controller? If so, what color and it it blinking or solid?
Are both controllers affected or just one?
What specifically is happening when you go to pair your headset with this controller?
