I was using the Meta Quest 3, but I had to exchange it due to a defect. Only the headset was replaced; the controllers were not. Is there an LED light on your controller? If so, what color and it it blinking or solid?
Are both controllers affected or just one?
What specifically is happening when you go to pair your headset with this controller?
