I was gifted an Oculus 2 for Christmas and I am ready to return it. I have not been able to successfully install a game other than the beat saber demo. I am trying to install the demo for either the climb or the climb 2. It will begin the download (VERY slowly) and then nothing happens. I thought maybe something was wrong with the demo's themselves so I purchased the full game of the climb 2. Started the install last night and half way is as far as it got before asking to reinstall. Started it again and it started FROM THE BEGINNING!!!
Troubleshooting that has been done: restarted the headset, rebooted the headset, reconnected the wi-fi, rebooted the wi-fi, rebooted the router, increased the internet speed to more than what is required for the system, stopped the install, restarted the install, purchased the full game.....I am at a loss and 110% unsatisfied with this product and the inability to speak with a person to help resolve the issue!
