Hello,
I'm facing a critical issue accessing our company's Facebook and Meta Business Suite accounts. Previously, two-factor authentication via SMS worked without issues, but three days ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of our company accounts on desktop and browser.
Now, I can't log back into the company’s Facebook, Meta Business Suite, or other Meta-related tools from my computer or mobile browser because the SMS verification codes are not being delivered. Each time I attempt to request a new SMS code, I receive the following error:
"We can't send the code right now. Please try again in a few minutes."
I've already tried the following without success:
Resetting the account password (also requires SMS verification, which never arrives).
Multiple attempts requesting SMS verification codes over the past three days.
Currently, I still have limited access to the regular Facebook app on my mobile device, where I remained logged in previously. However, full access to our company’s Facebook and Meta Business Suite through browsers or new devices is completely blocked.
Please urgently help resolve this issue or provide an alternative verification method to restore full access to our company's accounts.
