Hello, as the Subject Line says, I am unable to make purchases from the Meta Store using an existing or new payment method. The existing method has worked fine previously and nothing has changed with that credit card.
I receive an email message stating that the function is not available to me at this time. I’ve sent a message to Meta tech-support, but I have not heard anything back.
Has anyone experienced something similar, and if so, how was the issue resolved?
I have been troubled by this issue for a month, and Meta has not resolved it. Many of my friends have also encountered this problem.
