Unable to access my head set

Have a nice day!! You can't be serious. This is absolutely ridiculous, absurd and the most unprofessional "customer service". I completely understand the importance of maintaining account security. What I don't understand is that my email obviously works as you are communicating with me via email. HOW and WHAT do I need to do to verify my identity?  I fear there is some confusion with my son's account and mine. You indicate " We do hope that you'll be able to review any details that might help us in verifying the account" 
 
I have the credit card I have used; I have bank records from the games purchased. 
 
I have spent over $800 on both our VR headsets in addition to hundreds of dollars on the games and apps including the SUPERNATURAL, which is the one I am attempting to get logged back into on my device. You state you cannot verify my identity, yet you have no problems charging my credit card for the SUPERNATURAL subscription that I cannot use!  I do not wish to be that "Karen" that goes through social media and contacts my local news station Nine on your side.  I have an expensive VR headset just sitting here with no option to access? I just want to get on my device and work out and play the games we spent so much money on. Surely, there's a way to help get back on my Meta account to be in the VR world once again. 
 
This is what I see when I attempt to log into my device.
 
There is an option to switch users they are - Tyler Chamblee (device owner) who is my minor son, Ragina Filange, added on Feb 20,2022 and Dina Skyler says currently logged in.

MY son Tyler  headset  serial number # **********************
 
When I log in it says"Tyler ***** you've been logged out @OGPRAGE2. Something went wrong, log back in to continue using your headset. It then gives prompts to go to meta.com/ device and enter a code. Did that and it gives the error message shown on the screenshot below. 
 
 What I don't understand is why my son's name is on both our headsets? 

ON THIS HEADSET in the upper left hand corner it says @OGPRAGE2

1.Remove headset

2.Go to www.meta.com/device on mobile or desktop

3. log into your meta account, r*****2@gmail.com 

4. When prompted enter the following code: 3VHB-KFKQ

Followed the steps and this the error message-
