Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

I am the same issue you all reported.

I cannot add payment method, I tried different cards, paypal, ...

NOthing. 

I recently purchased Meta Quest 3 and this situation is extremely frustrating. Support responses to email but they don't tell me anything other that we are working on the issue. No details, no progress report.

It's been over 2 or 3 weeks now.

Next time will be to return the device.

Hey guys, I wanted to check in and see how things were going with your payment issues after purchasing a Quest 3, as I didn't want to leave everyone hanging.

If anyone else come to this post, I had the same exact issue, tried everything until I found a reddit thread where meta support referred to auth.meta.com -> Other settings -> Payment Method. Here I could add a payment method without issue. Give it a try if you haven't.
