Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

 

different computers, different networks, different credit card types AND NO LUCK TO ADD NEW PAYMENT METHOD.

If your password saved to your browser, can see it on browser preferences window. Or just use "I forget Password" link on facebook.

 

If you still can't find your password, open a new email account and create a facebook account again. Other than that, unfortunately I can't help.

Okay I linked my Facebook account and installed the app on my pc, but I still can't add a payment method.

They are solved my problem with these error screen shots.

 

When open support ticket, you have to tell them to provide these question answers;

 

  • Recently made a successful online purchase from a US merchant?
  • Check to see if the financial institution placed any restrictions
  • Try another network connection type
  • Try another network location
  • Try different combinations of the area/zip code
  • Restart the device
  • Try another device
  • Try another payment method

 

I recommend that you send the answers to these questions in your first ticket message to reach a quick solution. My problem solved in two weeks. I don't know why I get this error. They did not explained anything to why occurs this problem.

 

I hope anyone can solve who gets these error messages. Now, i can add payment methods to my account.

The Oculus Support account here says to PM their account, but don't do that. When I did it, they messaged me back saying to contact support via this link:

I did a web chat with a support person, gave them all my info, and they said they'd get back to me in 3-5 days.


Yes they so slow to respond messages. You have to follow ticket replies. I hope your issue will be resolved soon.

Ok so Oculus Support was quick to respond. They got back to me today (less than 24 hours after I had initially contacted them). They said they were able to identify the issue on their end and fixed it. I am now able to successfully make purchases in the Oculus store again.

I dont even get an error my one is just loading loading and dont even get anything and i can change while it does that

Did you manage to resolve this? I had a payment method set up. Have purchased a few games since December. Went to purchase on Sunday night and payment just continued to load without going through. Removed card and tried to add back on and now I can't. Uninstall app and reinstalled but not joy.
