I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

Quick question, why isn't there an option for bancontact or other types of cards? I tried with the credit card and debit card option but it says that I need a valid card number.

Could you also add onto your list something about 'Tried primary card on account' because what happened to me was I was trying to add a secondary card on a shared account. When I switched it to the primary card it added with no problem.

I'm so confused, i have the exact same problem and i've tried to fix this for 2 days now with two different cards and still had the same out come, where does it say send a message?

I have tried all of these. I even go to my mobile app and it says that I need to update my app. I press ok and nothing happens. I look for an update and there is no update. No place I go and no card I use, I have even joined my account to my facebook account. Nothing works. My bank says they aren't blocking it. I have tried 6 credit cards and a debit card. On my computer and my mobile app which now won't take anything because I am using an outdated version of the mobile app that I can't update. WOW!
