Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

However, we can get you to uninstall and reinstall the Oculus mobile app to see if you can update the app that way.

I was trying to buy a game and it didn't work so the card got removed so I tried to put in a new one it didn't work so I used a different card still didn't work I tried on 2 phones and it still said can't add payment method

Same for me, I also try paypal and it did not work. I'm giving up on the buy for now. It's quite problematic for a company to not have a proper payment system...

Hi I got mine working just tried it the next day and it allowed me to set up PayPal as a payment method so I have no issues

I just got my self a quest 2 last night and I just tried to add 2 different cards and on my phone, quest 2 and pc and get the same error, messaged meta support and gave them my info and was told to try again in 5-6 hours 😞

just an update, I just tried to add a card on the PC in MS Edge and Firefox and Chrome and none worked 😞

another update, no reply from support and I just tried to add paypal to my account and still get the error 😞

Something went wrong and we were unable to add this payment method. Please try again.
