Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

My solution was to go on my PC and go to the oculus web site.

None of this worked:

. Using the oculus app on PC

. Using the app on the quest 2

. Using oculus on my phone.

. Using oculus web site on my phone

I tried also 2 different bank and only one worked.

I tried it over 2 days.

What a challenge to buy something for quest 2 😅

Nothing at all just left it and tried again the next day and it worked and allowed me to add PayPal as a payment method, but I did go to PayPal app and if you look in there (I couldn’t find it though) there is supposed to be a way to reactivate preapproved payments have a look in your app to see if it has become inactive you might be able to find the reactivate button or contact PayPal I think it is Facebook Technologies Ireland that need to be reactivated and that should solve your problem let me know how yiu get on

If you want to add PayPal as a payment method,  go to PayPal app and if you look in there (I couldn’t find it though) there is supposed to be a way to reactivate preapproved payments have a look in your app to see if it has become inactive you might be able to find the reactivate button or contact PayPal I think it is Facebook Technologies Ireland that needs to be reactivated and that should solve your problem let me know how you get on. If it is a credit card I would give it 24hrs and try again sorry I can’t help more

I factory reseted my occulus and after i re connected my account i was able to add the payment method and all the games i had bought were still there

From Oculus support; which worked for me. 

I have had this work sometimes in the past so, if you wouldn't mind I would like to give this a try. If you would go to https://auth.meta.com/settings/account/ and change your email address. And then go ahead and try to make a purchase for me. 
 
You would still be login with your Facebook this would only be changing the email for your horizon profile. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.

I still have credit card payment method problem and not possible to purchase any app. Tried several cards that I am sure they are working.
