I have exactly the same issue. I can't add a card or PayPal. At first I could pay normally, until one day all payments just stopped working due the "unusual activity". Cant even use my 25$ credit they gave me. I've spent more time writing with support than using the headset. I finally gave up and sent it back yesterday. As for support, ss you can see, they either treat you like an idiot by sending you template answers, or they ask you a lot of verification questions, leaving you without any answers or actions... Than you write again, and they are asking you the same questions or give you some stupid advices. I think that we are talking with chatbots that are managed by human supervisors. I don't see any other explanation for all this. Well, good luck!

This is really annoying, tried everything here and nothing is working.
At this point i will just return the headset, its pointless...

Like, i got all king of error, even the most no sense ones like "We were unable to process your request." "Check your Internet connection or try again later."
WTF is this error ? I'm pretty sure is not a internet problem nor vps and other options i checked all...
On phone app just says that could not add the card.

How in the world did you messed up this so badly. I have my card added here https://www.meta.com/payments/
... but i can't use it in the Oculus store since it doesn't show up there. Instead it ask me to enter a new payment method and all my card show a error ... and yes i tried the mobile app, the web app, inside the headset ... everything.

Have you verified that the correct account has been used for both sections? At times, some users select the wrong login method and this error happens.
You could also try to sign-out of the mobile app, once you sign-in again, the account will sync up with any information that may have been delayed.

I purchased Meta Quest 3 and have the same problem as many many others. I tried to add my Master Card to Meta Quest Mobile app as payment method and it wasn't accepted. Then tried to add it via Meta account website and nothing. My name in Mobile app is the same as it is on my credit card. I can't use my headset fully and it is not by my mistake. What to do now?
