Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

 

different computers, different networks, different credit card types AND NO LUCK TO ADD NEW PAYMENT METHOD.

How do you do it in 2023? please help me

I’m having the same issue except it’s been well over a year now, the only way around it is to pay your friends money or add your card to them and then having them gift you the game, but as far as the in game purchases it’s fairly impossible, the only other thing that has worked thusfar has been the credit that oculus gave me from getting referred by my buddy which ironically didn’t let me spend it for a year 

@Jonasl473 I feel if you've been experiencing this for over a year, you might want to make a support ticket with the team. They'll be able to check your account and see if there's anything wrong. 

If your issue isn't there, just click the next best thing and add some more info in the box. They'll always be able to edit the subject to something relevant.

I too am having this issue.  I can't add any type of cards, or my paypal, it wont even let me buy gift cards.  I already opened a ticket and have been passed around to like 20 different support people all asking me the same exact questions as the person before.  Yes i've tried everything. Still has an error every time I try to add any type of payment at all.  No one seems to be able to solve this issue for me and there's a bunch of stuff I want to buy.  Ticket number 6988639 if it helps.  

I’ve tried countless times, called my bank, WENT to my bank in person and there’s nothing wrong with my debit card. There’s money on it and I have all the restrictions necessary turned off (e commerce, age restrictions, and whatever “other” is) it’s a union savings bank visa debit card and I’ve tried adding it to the app and the website. I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, everything. I couldn’t get it to work and when I contacted support they just told me my card was “inactive” I don’t even know what that means but could someone actually provide some useful information and not a bunch of bull crap that leads me in a circle? AND WHEN I TRIED TO POST THIS IT SAYS CORRECT THE HIGHLIGHTED ERRORS BUT NOTHINGS HIGHLIGHTED???? AND WHEN I TRY TO POST IT AGAIN IT SAYS IM FLOODING??? I’m seriously on the verge of just getting rid of my quest 2 all together.
