Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

Payment issues can definitely be a hassle to have, so I can understand the discouragement. If you can provide a ticket number, I'd be happy to talk to some people and see how it's moving along.

Yea idk wtf was wrong with it and for whatever reason it worked the other day. Something probably either broke on my banks side or your side or whatever but it works now so it’s all good

Me too, I **bleep**ing hate how they havent fixed this in 2 years and we have to struggle with not being able to give out **bleep** money to them because of a simple glitch, they could spend an hour to fix it then just have tons of users pay for virtual items and games

bro i'm just trying to update my expiry date and oculus is being absolutely useless about it

We know how important it is to have your payment method updated so you can continue purchasing your favorite things. No worries, let's check the issue out together! Are you getting some type of error message when trying to update your card information? If so, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the message? Also, can you try the following:

  • Try adding the payment method by logging into the Meta website.
  • Try a different web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.)
  • Try adding the payment method to your mobile app.
  • Try connecting to a different network if possible.
  • Reboot the headset and try adding the payment method on the device again.
