Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you bought oculus!!! To make more harder to serve oculus services!!! That is enough for me. Just solve my problem. You have big problems but no one can see these and no one try to solve it on your team!!!!

You have to open ticket. Read my all posts on this topic.

I had a web chat with support today and they said the same thing that they’ll have their team look into it further and I should get a response in the next few days. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Same issue. I have tried everything. I have created no less than 4 separate tickets. One ticket said they fixed the issue. It was NEVER fixed. I have been unable to purchase anything all year! This is ridiculous. Even with the tickets, ZERO fix! I’ve tried Different networks, computers, phones, debit cards, credit cards, PayPal.. everything. I wrote them several times. No fix. I tried again today, after weeks, still nothing. I’m going to turn this in and tell everyone not to buy it. Waste of money. Terrible customer support.

That happened the same to me and I tried changing everything I don’t know if I should get on my Oculus and do the payment

 

Support fixed my issue a few days ago. All I can say is keep asking for updates in the support chats. 

Lucky you. I've had this problem for the last 2 days that I've had this thing and I still haven't heard back from the support team about a solution.

I'm having the same problem. I also can't even reply to the email completely (since no actual live support is available for this problem!) as I have no info from recent purchases to share because I can't make purchases. GRRR.

Can you tell me what they did not the ticket/conversation to fix it I have opened three ticket on separate occasions and they can’t seem to do anything. If they reset something with your account tell me what it was so I can ask them to do jt
