Unable to add device to my account

I have had a Meta account for my Oculus Quest 2 VR device for three years or so. I did not use it for a period of time and for some reason, my devices were no longer recognized in my account. I tried to login via email, meta, and Facebook. None worked. I was able to get a new device code on my headset but when I enter that code at meta.com/device I am told the I have an invalid device code. This has happened repeatedly.

My account appears to be fine except for the fact that I no longer have devices included that were previously included in my account. Namely two different Quest 2 headsets. This is very frustrating.

Is my only option a factor reset?
