When my kid requests acces to an app i receive an e-mail. When clicking on the link it opens the Meta app. But i don't see the request and cannot allow the use of it. The only way to do that is through a PC. Why can't i allow this through the app? According to the e-mail i should be able to do that.

As of today the new horizon app is available. Now it works, in the old app it didn't matter which app he requested. So this part of parental supervision works now.
I do hope my other question about the parental supervision will be answered to

Last time I helped someone with this, the request was buried in the parental supervision settings in the app settings.

Oh, and also the parental controls automatically blocked “inappropriate for age” games. Parental control had to be turned off.

If only there was a way. My son has responsibility enough to do so.
But if they want it to be there it's fine with me. Only I would like to have to control and I don't like it if meta is behaving like the better knowing entity.

I've been removing and reinstalling the mobile app for different problems when support suggested that. It didn't resolve the problem, also installing the app on a different device won't help resolving this.
I also have the problem that the switch for health connect won't work. I did uninstall reinstall. It seems that that function doesn't work for any user. It would be nice to have it fixed or just removed.
Short answer reinstalling the app doesn't make it possible to approve game download requests. It only works on a PC.

Hey @Mafootje , just want to check in if the game download requests work for other apps. In other words, is DigiGods the only game that you are having trouble with?
If so, we suggest you get in contact with the DigiGods game developer, as they may be able to offer you further information.
If you have any other questions about your Meta experience, we're always here to help!
