Unable to buy ghost of tabor

When I go to buy buy ghost of tabor I am met with a message saying I haven't set up a meta quest 2 would I still like to buy I thought this was a visual glitch so I carried on with the purchase anyways but after purchasing the game it didn't give me it and still says i need to buy could any one help please

  • Have you tried rebooting your headsets to see if the game shows up in your libraries after purchasing it?
    • If you haven't, hold the power button down for about 10 seconds. Then, after waiting for about 30 seconds, turn the headset back on.
  • We also recommend trying to purchase the app on a different platform, like the mobile app or your desktop, and seeing if you encounter the same error message.

It does the same thing on my phone and I’m scared to buy because I don’t want to buy it and not have the game so until the message goes away I’m not gonna get the game

having the exact issue 
have rebooted both quests linked to the account, and both headsets are updated.

tried purchasing via phone app, on the headset and now PC and the same message keeps appearing

reluctant to continue with the purchase as it seems I'll be throwing money away

Yes I did everything, but I’m unable to purchase it it says could not complete request.
