I am unable to change my birthday either through Facebook or through auth.meta.com.
At some point last year, around October, my birthday changed automatically when a person managing a connected social account made some changes to that account. Since then, I have tried numerous times to use the Facebook Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Account Center -> Personal Details -> Birthday route, which tells me that I need to contact Facebook to change my birthday because there is a limit to how often it can be changed. When I click that link and fill out the form, submitting a picture of my ID, I get another message telling me to contact Facebook... feels a bit Kafkaesque.
I can live without market place although it's a shame, but now that I have a Quest, this has become a real problem. Has anyone been able to work this out?
Anyone able to help with this... FWIW, I started posting on FB the year before the date FB claims to be my birthday. Something seems to be broken here.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
