Unable to claim 6 months of Meta Quest+ from email link

Hi,

I've already submitted a ticket from this but have not got a response yet. I got my MQ3 512 on day one and received my free copy of  Asgard's Wrath 2 and my 6 months of Meta Quest+.
I claimed my Asgard's Wrath with no issues, but I wanted to wait til the new year to claim my 6 months of Meta Quest+.

When I click on the link from the email reminder I received to claim my 6 months it just takes me to a page to start a 1 month trial.
I've received 4 reminder emails in total to claim this and all 4 do the same thing. The Offer expires on 9 January 2024, only a few days away now and since I have had no response to the ticket I submitted I'm doing this post.

Hoping there something I'm missing that I'm not doing that will fix this.

  • Ensure the you are signed into their Meta account in a web browser before attempting to use the emailed link
  • Try copy and pasting the link into the browser address bar, rather than clicking on it
  • Ensure you are not using a VPN or Proxy
  • Try using a different browser
  • Try using on a different network

    Done -  no difference

    Not using those.

  • Try using a different browser
    Tried Edge - no difference.

  • Try using on a different network
    Only have home network, but it won't be this issue. I was able to redeem my Asgards Wrath  2 fine with the email claim link so why would this email be any different?

I have finally had a reply email for my ticket logged for this issue Case #06564247 So hopefully this will get sorted via that ticket.
