I had my account for over a year now and have created my sons account recently and he is threatened now that he will loose his account if it's not confirmed. He is being asked to confirm his age and I am expected to add payment method (despite already having one setup) to to confirm I am parent/guardian however nothing happens when I put all the details and click confirm. Well something happens as 'Confirm' word on the button briefly is replaced by spinning circle and then returns to 'Confirm'
I tried to add my son's account to supervision but I can't open that either through app or through familycenter.meta.com but only getting
'Something isn't working. This may be because of a technical issue or your account may not be eligible.'
Effectively I am unable to put ANY controls on his playtime/apps and only way for him to use VR is to use my account with me actively streaming and checking up on him.
Tried to contact support but that leads to just bunch of links circling between meta/oculus/support pages unable to actually contact anyone...

Having this exact same issue myself to be honest. His account got flagged for being for a 13 or older. It's flagging him as 12 despite him being 13. The first time i did this it took me hours. Now it's happened again and my nephew can't use his account again and I get the same error when I try enter my payment details for him. I've spent quite abit on his account for him and now he can't access that. It's frustrating 😔
I was having this issue as well, I tried on my mobile device and then i tried in a computer, Microsoft browser won’t do anything and I tried to confirm and entered my cc info them i tried chrome browser and that worked, looks the issue is due the browser, try in a computer with different browsers. I hope this works for you.
Sadly it didn't work for me 😔 that method worked the first time it happened but this time it won't. Every time I try go past the 0.99 page it just gives me some web error, and I've tried multiple browsers this time.
In short what I had to do was to complete the process on my phone. I was not able to finish the process on PC. On my phone I had to use incognito/private browsing to login with my son's account and that allowed me to progress and finish confirmation of payment and complete the process of confirming his account.
Hope this helps anyone having similar problem.
