For the past week, I cannot connect my headset to an account nor a phone number? I need customer service to walk me through the process to make sure that I can connect.

It's frustrating when you can't get your account situated on your headset. To try fix the problem, can you please follow these steps:
Take a look at Troubleshoot pairing issues with your Meta Quest headset for more information on what to do.
