I am unable to connect my Quest 3 to the Meta Quest Developer Hub. I have checked and the Quest 3 was in Developer Mode. and my Quest 3 is connected to my iMac via a USB cable.

i could fix the problem by using a different usb port on my mac pro. though all the ports should be capabale of usb c, for some reason switching to another one fixed my issue.

i cant connect either. when i connect my usb c cable (the original one from meta) to my headset, a beeper sounds a couple of times and the headset stays blank and i cant do anything anymore. when i switch it to standby mode and back on a doalogue tells me "there is dust in the usb port" which isnt true.

Since updating MQDH to version 5.0.0, I've been experiencing the same issue. I tried deleting that version and reverting, but the problem persists - it just won't recognize Quest 3. I've followed all your suggestions and double-checked everything, but nothing seems to work 😞
