My 1-month-old MetaQuest3 charging port recently caught fire and melted itself. I went to the meta support page to submit/talk to someone and received consistent errors stating 'Something went wrong' when attempting to submit/chat. The error states 'Please refresh the page and try again.'. I've tried 3 different computers, over the last 3 days, and all have the same error with no change. There is no other way to contact support. What's going on with meta customer support options? There are no options with this error. can anyone relate???

Well that just links to the support page so you obviously don't take it seriously enough to read the original post.
