Unable to copy files to headset after recent update

After the latest update I am unable to copy files from my PC to my Quest 3 headset.

I am able to see the headset as a shared drive in Windows.  I am able to delete files but not copy new files.  No errors message given.  Windows will attempt to copy but times out with no progress.

Previously I have been able to copy files to my headset.  

steps taken:

- power cycled both headset and PC

- tried different ports on PC

- tried different high quality USB C 3.x cables

- disabled airlink

- ensured I was responding to prompts on the headset to allow USB access

- did a factory reset of Quest 3.  Repeated

above steps

- uninstalled link software on PC, repeated above steps.  Reinstalled link software on PC, repeated above steps

- O/S build 5091237.8150.520 created on 4/23/2026

Also note I tried the official Link cable (the 14’ one purchased separately directly from Meta)
