I keep getting an error message when I try to enter my child's birthday "something went wrong: we are unable up create an account with the information provided."
My child is 11, the birthdate falls between the correct years for the 10-12 age range. I have been unable to contact meta horizon support. It keeps directing me back to their online support page. I'm entirely frustrated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I'm not sure what to do.
