when i try to use virtual desktop and use my games i get a warning saying unable to enter vr due to hardware issue.When i use a cable or go wireless! HELP

Hey there @saba55.

Sounds like you may have a headset connection/driver problem. 

Try there steps and see if you can get up and running

• Please reinstall the Oculus Desktop App
• Restart your PC
• Update your graphics card and USB drivers
• Make sure your cable is plugged into a USB 3.0 (blue) port

If you're still experiencing difficulties please gather your Oculus Logs and open a ticket with support.

Be sure to list all troubleshooting steps you've already tried when opening the ticket.
