This is about the third time since I’ve had oculus where I can’t get into Supernatural because it doesn’t recognize my password. I only have one password. I had problems with Internet this morning and I finally connected now it doesn’t recognize me in Supernatural it doesn’t recognize my password I don’t know whether go to the app or whether to keep the headset on can someone please respond to this is getting a little ridiculous

First, we suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Oculus app on your device. After completing this step, try rebooting your Oculus headset.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.
