I had purchased elite dangerous last year through steam and got the oculus key aswell . Having changed hard drive recently i started re-installing all games I have purchased including Elite dangerous. The game appears both in my library and in store as "Purchased" so when I get the option of "Install". When i press it , it starts downloading th 16gb however at 76mb it just stops and the button goes back to saying install. No error message no nothing- just stops. The games doesnt show up in my library (even as incomplete) . I have attempted to -
