Hi, I'm having big problems with my Quest 2 headset:

  • Click on profile icon: “Unable to load, please try again later.”
  • Click on explore: nothing loads
  • Click on Store: “Oops! Nothing to show here. HDSLVC2”
  • Click on app library: nothing loads
  • Click on Add Account: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
  • Try to cast to device: “searching for your headset”
  • On top it says: “Headset wifi connection lost, please go to settings to troubleshoot.” In settings, wifi says connected.
  • In the Quest Mobile App it says “Headset Connecting” but it doesn’t connect

 

I tried restarting the headset and doing a factory reset 3 times, but the issue persists.

Please help!
