I have another meta horizon account that I'm unable to login into. I enter the email and enter the password, but when I get to two factor authentication, I can't get a code because I can't access my two factor authentication phone number. I'm trying to switch my two factor authentication phone number, but unable to do so because I can't login. I tried finding meta horizon support phone number, email, and ticket system for help, but unable to find those anywhere online. It doesn't make sense why I can't find help/support from meta horizon when there are so many users.
