Hello, I have been trying to figure out how to get rid of the grey screen for my Oculus App on my PC. I have tried repairing it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I have also tried replacing files in the support folder with an older version. Which had worked enough to let the app run, but still not allowing me to login. I even talked to a few support representatives and nothing has worked. One of them did inform me that there is a system update going on. But even trying to login on the Oculus website has been a failure. Even though I know for a fact my email and password is correct, it keeps telling me that one of them is incorrect. It has been frustrating as I have been trying so many different things for the last 2-3 days and nothing seems to be working. Anyone know when this system update is supposed to be done? Or has anyone had as much trouble as I am and got it working? I'm open to trying just about anything because nothing seems to be working.
Been dealing with the same thing for months, would love an update from Meta
